1. What ingredients are used in your products?

2. Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We never test on animals or use animal-derived ingredients.
3. How should I store my products?
To maintain the quality of our natural products, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. If you live in a warm climate or notice your body butter has melted, simply place it in the fridge for about 30 minutes. It will firm up again without losing its effectiveness.
4. My body butter melted during shipping. Is it still usable?
Yes, it’s completely normal for natural body butter to melt in warmer temperatures, as it doesn’t contain synthetic stabilizers. To restore its texture, place it in the fridge for 30 minutes, and it will firm up. The melting doesn’t affect its quality or benefits.
5. Do you offer custom products or scents?
Currently, we do not offer custom products, but we are always looking to expand our product range. If you have suggestions, we’d love to hear from you!
6. How long do your products last?
Our products have a shelf life of approximately 6-12 months. Since we use natural preservatives, it’s best to use them within this time for maximum freshness and effectiveness.
7. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products are designed with gentle, natural ingredients suitable for most skin types. However, we recommend performing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
8. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, we only ship within the UK. However, we’re excited to expand our shipping options soon to reach more customers worldwide—stay tuned for updates!
9. What is your return/refund policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
