Shipping policy

Our standard shipping timeframe is up to 10 working days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it’s journey.

Please note that once your parcel is with the courier, delivery times are subject to the carrier’s service and any delays are outside of our control. If you experience a delay, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information provided, as they’ll be best placed to assist.
